Gender equality
Gender equality is a key principle for RBM:
RBM has implemented long-term strategies: monitoring gender gaps, inclusive policies, work-life balance, and support for parenthood from recruitment to the end of the employment relationship.
In 2024, RBM obtained the Gender Equality Certification by structuring a measurable and transparent management system, demonstrating concrete paths in terms of equal growth opportunities, pay equity, diversity management, and policies in support of parenthood.
With functions of monitoring, promotion, and ensuring the effective implementation of gender equality principles, a Steering Committee has been established, an internal body composed of key members of the organization, whose work is based on the requirements of the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard.
RBM's commitment in the social field is not limited to gender equality, but is part of a broader ESG vision, integrating social responsibility, protection of diversity, and relationship with the local area.
