The Board of Directors of RBM Spa has decided to establish scholarships, for students graduating in the school year 2023/2024, to promote school education and honour the memory of Mr Serafino Bossini, who dedicated a lifetime of passion and dedication to RBM. 

Mr Serafino Bossini has always believed strongly in young people and their aspirations, has constantly pushed them to measure themselves and to get involved without fear of making mistakes with healthy humility, with a look at the past, inspiration of teachings and experience, and a look to the future, whole of expectations and objectives to be achieved.

The scholarships are open to the children of our employees or those working in temporary positions. The selection process will be fair and transparent, ensuring the most deserving candidates are chosen. We hope these scholarships will not only honour the memory of Mr Serafino Bossini but also provide a stepping stone for the recipients to achieve their educational goals.
