Certification UNI/PdR 125:2022

Gender equality is a core value for RBM and represents one of the most significant goals for sustainable development outlined in the UN’s 2030 Agenda (Goal 5) and the national PNRR (Mission 5). The commitment to reducing the gender gap has been further strengthened by the revision of the Code of Equal Opportunities (Law No. 162/2021) and the introduction of a Gender Equality Certification.

RBM is pleased to announce that it has obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification, a milestone that demonstrates the company’s concrete commitment to fostering a fair and inclusive working environment. This recognition evaluates and highlights actions aimed at reducing gender disparities in terms of growth opportunities, equal pay for equal roles, gender diversity management, and parental support.

We are aware that corporate success depends on an inclusive work model capable of ensuring equal opportunities and promoting the value of every individual. Structuring a gender equality management system is now a fundamental necessity, not only to monitor and improve our processes but also to embed the principles of Gender Equality into our corporate DNA, making change sustainable and lasting over time.

RBM is committed to creating and promoting a work environment that:

  • supports work-life balance conditions suited to the different phases of personal and professional life;
  • promotes the redistribution of family responsibilities between men and women;
  • rejects all forms of stereotypes and discrimination;
  • spreads and encourages the culture of diversity and inclusion.

To safeguard this important journey, RBM has established the Gender Equality Committee, a body dedicated to promoting and protecting equal opportunities within the company. This committee not only monitors the implementation of initiatives but also guides cultural and organizational change, fostering ongoing dialogue and concrete actions for gender equality.

Obtaining the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification represents a new starting point for RBM. We will continue to work with commitment and responsibility to ensure an inclusive and respectful working environment, where each person can grow and contribute to collective success.
