RBM is once again participating in this year’s PMI DAY by Confindustria, a national initiative that opens the doors of companies to middle and high school students, allowing them to discover the world of work and Italian small and medium-sized enterprises up close.

The goal of PMI DAY is to bring young people closer to local business realities, showing them production processes, career opportunities, and the values that distinguish Italian companies.

During the day, students will have the opportunity to visit RBM’s facilities, discover how our products are created, and engage directly with our professionals to understand the importance of innovation, sustainability, and teamwork.

We believe that initiatives like this are essential to spark curiosity, guide future educational choices, and promote a modern and conscious business culture.
