Can be combined with a passive sensor for air temperature detection and an active heatable sensor for humidity and/or precipitation detection.
The controller’s functions are ensured by two distinct sensors whose combination allows the snow-melt system to activate only if:
- the air temperature is within snow-forming limits;
- the ground sensor detects moisture on its surface.
